Your training covers personal practice, one-to-one clients, group offerings online and in person, and retreats.

Step into your highest service
Day 1: Opening ceremony & training workshop
After arriving in the morning and settling in, we will come together for the opening ceremony. This is a sacred way of meeting the lands and ancestors that will be holding us for the retreat. And you will place your intention into the space. After a nourishing lunch, we will come into our afternoon training workshop. Then there is time to get to know each other better over dinner.
Day 2: Training workshops
After a delicious breakfast, we begin our morning training. We then flow into lunch. Next is a rest period, before we gather again for the afternoon training workshop. We finish our day with a delicious dinner and time to socialise.
Day 3: Temazcal & training workshop
Today we skip breakfast in preparation of your ceremony. Your day begins with the morning training workshop. Around 10:30am we enter the Temazcal, a traditional sweat lodge. This powerful medicine brings deep connection with the ancestors, the elements and yourself. After a nourishing late lunch, you will have time to rest and connect with what is shifting and awakening within you. Before dinner, we will come together for an integration circle.
Day 4:Â Training workshops
After our morning practice, we will gather for breakfast. Then it is time for our training workshop, followed by lunch. In the afternoon, we will gather for a movement practice, then our last training workshop. Weather permitting, we will have the opportunity to sit around the fire after dinner.
Day 5: Cacao ceremony & closing circle
Today, we come into cacao ceremony and sound healing to assist your expansion and integration. Then we gather for our beautiful closing circle. After our last lunch together, you will have time to say your loving goodbyes. Departure will be from 2:30pm.

Whether you are an experienced space holder or just starting out, this training will empower you to share at a truly ânext levelâ of sacred service.
Here is a small taste of what we will be covering.
Preparation â this includes truly working with the ancestors and lands, opening energetic portals for your offerings, setting the right energy exchange, attracting aligned clients, supporting clients through initiations and self-doubt, things you might not realise are important to help clients prepare.
Delivery â this includes opening and closing sacred multidimensional containers, deep understanding of sacred space and the role of being a space holder, guidelines for sacred space (this covers what many miss and/or donât know), protecting the energy of yourself and your clients, managing energy flow and keeping the container strong, accounting for physical and energetic responses, knowing how to support clients, and tools for facilitating different formats and group sizes.
Navigating challenges â this includes handling shadow aspects, challenging personalities and âdisruptersâ; adaptability, protocols and safeguards for the âunexpectedâ; dealing with accidents, misconduct and/or removal of a client; learning and refining.
Showing up â this includes holding highest integrity at all times, authenticity and self-love as a pathway to highest service, the true meaning of embodiment, holding loving yet strong boundaries (many do not know the depth and full application of this), how to manage and uphold protocols for space holders and collaborators, releasing ego and recognising healer complex patterns, and much more.
This is a new era. The return of the sacred. And the expansion into the new cosmic remembering. I am so excited to share this with you, on my homelands.

Meet Sia-Lanu Estrella
Sia-Lanu Estrella is an author, channel and multidimensional healer
