The sacred lands of Peru hold great magic. They are in service to help us remember. But they don’t reveal their ancient and cosmic wisdom to just anyone. It takes presence, reverence and an open heart. And ceremony is the portal. It is how you step into this hidden sacred world. It is how you meet these great wisdom keepers and unlock the powerful gifts that await you.
During my three years living in Peru, I came into deep sacred co-creation with the lands and loving energies there. I went through initiations to be granted access to the deep cosmic wisdom. It activated so much in me and I received more love, blessings and expansion than I ever imagined. Today I live a life more magical than my most wondrous dreams. And the Apus (mountain spirits of Ausangate and Machu Picchu) have asked me to be the bridge into this sacred and magical world.
Now the Apus are sending out the call. It is a call to those who are ready to remember, and be the change on Earth. It is a call to those who are here to awaken their greatest gifts and live a truly extraordinary life. This is a deeply sacred and expansive Peru retreat like no other. Our sacred Peru retreat takes us to Machu Picchu and the two most powerful sites in all of Cusco region. These are not on tourist trips because they’re the so sacred. And you will have the option to sit with Wachuma plant medicine (San Pedro). If you know my books, ‘The Rainbow Tablets’, I started channelling both here in Cusco. So this journey is full of the beauty of the Rainbow Frequency. There is always lots of laughter. Plus, it’s full of adventure, with hiking and time in the most stunning landscapes you could imagine. Throughout our Peru retreat, I will share powerful sessions to help you activate your gifts, embody your highest expression and integrate the journey.

Day 1: Opening ceremony & Q’ero blessing
You will need to arrive in Cusco a day or two early to adjust to the altitude. Then Day 1 takes you straight into the magical and sacred portal of this journey. Through our opening ceremony at a sacred site, you introduce yourself to the ancestors, Apus, medicine and guardians of Peru. Then receive a traditional blessing from a Q’ero Andean Wisdom Keeper. After lunch, it’s over to the Sacred Valley for the night.
Day 2: Inca trail
Set off in the morning on a picturesque train ride. At kilometre 104, disembark and trek the one-day Inca trail to Machu Picchu. Following the footsteps of the ancient ones, you pass ancient ruins and waterfalls as you hike through the cloud forest. Finally, you arrive at the Sun Gate where you see your first breathtaking view of Macchu Picchu. Later, enjoy dinner and exploring the beautiful town of Aguas Calientes.
Day 3: Machu Picchu & Huayna Picchu
Arrive by bus to Machu Picchu for a full exploration of this incredible wonder of the world. This is a place of powerful magnetic and star energies. Then climb Huayna Picchu, the Apu pictured behind Machu Picchu. From the top, it is almost like being in the stars. You will not only look down to Machu Picchu, but you will have a 360-degree view of the whole valley. It is truly breathtaking. After lunch in town, it’s time to head back to Cusco where you have a private room in preparation for the ceremony the next day.
Day 4: Optional Wachuma ceremony (San Pedro)
Grandfather Wachuma is one of the most powerful medicine teachers. Known as a medicine of the heart, Grandfather elevates you to incredible realms of awareness, healing and/or activation. He always answers your intentions and shares what is for your highest good. Grandfather is a much gentler guide than the Grandmother medicine. And Wachuma holds you more grounded, so it is easier to gain clarity and bring that into embodied change. The ceremony is offered by a beautiful Wachumera with over 20 years experience. After a delicious home-cooked dinner and time by the fire, it’s back to your private room in Cusco so you can integrate in peace. This is an optional ceremony and those who prefer can spend a free day exploring Cusco city instead.
Day 5: Integration day
Enjoy a slow start to the day, with time to sleep in and rest. After lunch, come into sacred circle with Sia-Lanu Estrella as she supports you with integrating the experiences of the retreat so far. This is a beautiful and supportive day that will be tailored to the needs of the group. Then it’s off to bed before an early departure the following day.
Day 6: Apu Ausangate
Today we drive 3.5 hours to the most sacred mountain in the Cusco region - Apu Ausangate. He is known as the Grandfather and Guardian of all of Cusco. If you have read ‘The Rainbow Tablets’ books, you will know that he can create great miracles. Not only is he a powerful guide and wisdom keeper, but he is also incredibly loving. After breakfast at the town of Pacchanta, we hike to the base of the mountain. This is a powerful journey because the land itself is medicine. And Ausangate often shares so much along this hike. Once at our destination, we will sit in a traditional Peruvian despacho ceremony with a local Paqo. Then it’s lunch and another circle with Sia-Lanu Estrella based on the Apu’s guidance. Tonight, you sleep in a tent on the most sacred of lands.
Day 7: Apu Ausangate & hot springs
You will have some time to be with Ausangate before we commence the hike back to Pacchanta. Once in town, you can choose to enjoy the hot springs before lunch. During these days at Ausangate you can expect absolutely anything from the weather. At an elevation of 4,300m / 14,100ft above sea level, this is a pure and rugged environment. There can be sun, rain, snow and rainbows all in the same day. And, although it is cold up at the mountain, it is one of the most invigorating and heart-expanding experiences you could ever have. After lunch, it’s back to Cusco where you can enjoy a hot shower and downtime in your private room.
Day 8: Optional Wachuma ceremony (San Pedro)
Many feel the call to sit with the Grandfather medicine a second time. So you have the opportunity to do this today. Again, this is a full-day private ceremony. After dinner and time by the fire, you are transported back to your cosy private room so you can integrate and rest. If you don’t feel called to sit with the medicine a second time, you can take the day to explore Cusco. With it’s many restaurants and amazing shops, there is always much to enjoy.
Day 9: Waqrapukara
Today we leave early and drive around 4 hours to an incredibly ancient and powerful site. After a nourishing breakfast, we start our hike. The trail leads us around a number of ridges. All are lined with the most awe-inspiring ancestors, including a prominent Inca head at the end of the second ridge. You can see so many faces and beings in the rock formations and feel their wisdom. Perhaps in the photo you see a giant ancestor looking over his shoulder. This hike is not about arriving at the destination. It is about being present with the ample magic and blessings along the journey. Once we reach camp, we will have a late lunch and some downtime. Then you will come into circle with Sia-Lanu Estrella so she can channel what the ancestors wish to gift you.
Day 10: Waqrapukara
After an early breakfast, we walk the short distance to the ancient site of Waqrapukara. You will have time to soak up the energies and tune in. Then we commence the return hike, offering our gratitude to all the amazing ancestors who have co-created with us. If you are lucky, you may even see a condor! We will have a delicious lunch before heading back to Cusco. There you will no doubt enjoy a hot shower and a warm bed.
Day 11: Closing circle
On this last day of our amazing journey, it will no doubt feel much longer than it was. When you work with the sacred sites and medicines in such a deep and connected way, in a way you step outside of time and space. Before you go home, we come together for a closing circle and offer our deep gratitude for all the blessings, love, joy, adventure and magic. Then set your intentions for the next part of your own journey as you carry this embodiment onwards with you. We enjoy have one last wonderful lunch together. Then from 2:30pm, you are free to make your way to the airport or extend your stay.
